Yes. This is the famous "Dracula's Castle" that was or currently still is up for sale. I was able to visit it while in Romania. While Bram Stoker may have used this as his vision for his book, the real "Dracula" did not own it. He was kept in the dungeon for one night, and then they found out who he was and let him go.

Being a nerd in all things Dracula, I was disappointed that we couldn't see the dungeon. A LOT of the property was roped off. And the doorways were really, really tiny. Go figure.

p.s. For anyone curious about visiting the area, be prepared for the largest amount of the tackiest tourist stuff you've ever seen. It's unbelievable that ten years ago the people hadn't so much as heard about this whole "Dracula" thing, and now there's "Somebody in Transylvania Loves Me!" shirts and shot glasses. ...among other things.

Such a beautiful courtyard. If you're every in Europe/Germany, you should go see the Neuschwanstein Castle, it's positively magnificant; Disney did no justice to it.
